How Your CPD Training Works 

This CPD includes both online learning and two full practical days in the gym. You’ll study key principles before attending, then apply everything in a hands-on environment with tutor guidance and real coaching practice. You’ll get:

Hands-on coaching and tutor feedback

Two full in-person practical days
